At Sharp Legal Nurse Consulting LLC, services are tailored to the unique needs of each case. Because medical-legal matters vary significantly in scope, complexity, and time requirements, fees are determined on an individual basis to ensure fairness and accuracy.

An initial consultation is available to discuss case needs, timelines, and objectives. Following this discussion a customized quote will be provided.

Services may be billed using one of the following structures:

• Hourly consulting rate

• Flat-rate case review (when appropriate)

• Project-based pricing for defined scopes of work

• Retainer agreements for ongoing litigation support

Fees are based on factors including:

• Volume and complexity of medical records

• Type of service requested (merit review, chronology, expert coordination, trial preparation, etc.)

• Urgency and turnaround time

• Anticipated length of involvement in the case

A detailed engagement agreement outlining scope of services, billing terms, and expectations will be provided prior to the initiation of work.
